The Atlanta Braves thrashed the Brew Crew last night 6-2. And although this Atlanta team has won only 15 games, when they win they have been winning big. Of the Braves’ 15 wins, they have won 13 of them by 2 runs or more. The Brewers’ offense was over-achieving and scoring runs well above their projected rate, and it is catching up to them now. Over the last three games, the Brewers have only crossed the plate three times. Facing a starter with a WHIP under 1.15 has been problematic for them for quite sometime as they are just 23-48 in their last 71 against one.
