Stephen Strasburg may have deserved a better fate in 2013, as he has certainly pitched better than his 7-9 record. The problem is that he doesn't go deep into games, and right now he is dealing with a forearm injury and will be watched closely here as usual. The Nationals are just 12-16 in his 28 starts on the season, and this line looks to be quite over done here. Washington, for all practical purposes, is out of the playoffs chase. They trail by five games with just eight to go. Tom Koehler is off a great outing where he worked eight scoreless innings and allowed just 3 hits, and should take the mound with confidence here. The Marlins have been able to stay in games with good pitching, while things just haven't gone well for Strasburg this season. Take Miami.
