Ricky Nolasco has been shaky despite having posted a 1-0 mark through two starts. He has allowed more hits than innings worked and his ERA stands at 7.36. John Lannan hasn't exactly been getting it done either, but last year pitched to a sub four ERA, and this will be his first home start, while Nolasco will be making his first effort on the road of the season. The Nats struggled out of the gate last season as well, but it must be noted they began the season at 11-7 at home, where they are a much more competitive team, and getting their first win yesterday, should give them the confidence in this one. I'll play Washington on the runline here.
