Miami at Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh has won all four meetings with the Marlins this season, and the Pirates come off a 7-3 victory over Washington on Sunday after scoring four runs in the first inning. The Pirates are 6-0 in Paul Skenes' past six starts in the first game of a series, and Miami is 2-10 against a starter with a WHIP of less than 1.15. The Marlins have lost five straight after allowing two or fewer runs in their previous game, and they beat Philadelphia 10-1 yesterday. Skenes is 9-2 with a 2.13 ERA and a 0.98 WHIP, and the rookie sensation threw five shutout innings on four hits against the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday. Miami is 26-42 on the road.
