So much was expected of this Phillies team with Cliff Lee and Roy Halladay at the top of the rotation. The problem is that Halladay missed well over three months of the season, and he hasn't been anything close to the pitcher we have seen in the past. He has struggled to a 3-4 record, and an ERA of 7.28. To see him posted as a large chalk here can only offer value on the other side. The Phillies exploded for 12 runs yesterday, but the inconsistent lineup has struggled, and their last six games where they produced 5 runs or more, they followed by going 1-5. This team is also just 3-7 in their last 10 when following a win. It's hard to trust this team as a sizable favorite, so take Miami.
