Roy Halladay is poised to have a big year in Philly. He has an offense that he never had in Toronto. And with no DH in the National League, it makes the lineups shorter, so he is able to pitch around key hitters a lot more often. Halladay has allowed just 1 run in his two starts, and covering his final four in '09, he has an 0.96 ERA in his last six starts. The Phillies have had no problems with Sanchez, who has spent more time on the DL than in the rotation over the last two years. The Phillies offense has been really popping and they have covered the total runs posted here themselves in 56% of their games! They are averaging 7.7 per game. Anything less than a shutout from Halladay puts this one on OVER alert, but even if he does, this one still could go OVER, which has been the result to a 21-4-2 mark in the Phillies last 27 as a favorite. The OVER gets the call.
