The NY Mets have cruised to a 44-24 overall record on the season. They have however been rather ordinary in their last 11 contests as they have gone just 6-5. This is the last game in a 4-game series vs Miami and after winning easily in game 1, they squeaked out a 3-2 win in game 2 and lost yesterday in convincing fashion 6-2. The Marlins are green and growing and own a 7-5 mark over their last 12 games, and have proven to be a pesky team. The Mets have yet to solve Trevor Rogers who has started 4 games vs the Mets and has led them to wins in 3 of the 4 and has posted a 1.35 ERA in the 4 starts.
