New York has won five of seven after defeating the Marlins 10-4 on Wednesday as Harrison Bader hit a two-run homer, and Starling Marte and Francisco Lindor also went deep for the Mets. Miami fell to 11-19 on the road and it has lost seven of its past nine games. Luis Severino allowed one run on seven hits in eight innings in a 9-1 win over Washington on Wednesday. He is 4-2 with a 3.25 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP overall and 3-1 with a 2.61 ERA at home. Roddery Munoz has a 5.95 ERA for the Marlins and he has allowed 10 runs on 12 hits his past two starts in 8 2/3 innings. Miami has lost five of six against right-haned starters and the Marlins are 10-1 OVER versus NL East teams. Severino's past four starts have gone OVER. Take the Mets and the OVER.
