Minnesota is one game behind a wild-card spot following a 2-5 road trip and a doubleheader loss at Boston on Sunday. The Twins are hoping home cooking will get them back on track as they face the Marlins, who are one game from losing their 100th of the season. Bailey Ober is 12-7 with a 0.97 WHIP and he allowed two runs on four hits in seven innings his last outing against Cleveland on Wednesday. Ober had a rough month of August, but he has returned to form in September with a 2.70 ERA while giving up eight runs on 12 hits in 26 2/3 innings. Miami has lost seven of nine and it has allowed 51 runs its past six games. Ryan Weathers will start and he allowed six runs (five earned) on eight hits in 4 1/3 innings. Minnesota has won 67 of 81 home games as a favorite of at least -201. Take the Twins.
