The Miami Marlins have made progress this season with a lot of young and inexperienced players. Their offense has been poor, especially on the road. The beacon on the young pitching staff is Jose Fernandez. Fernandez has been spectacular over his last eight starts as he continues to grow in confidence, as he has allowed just a total of 10 runs over his last eight starts. The meager Miami offense, however, has produced little, resulting in an eight-game total of just 43 combined runs scored, or just over 5 per contest. Not to be out done, Colorado starter Jhoulys Chacin has been equally effective, allowing just 10 runs in his last seven starts. Coors Field is certainly a hitter's park, but with a pair of very hot pitchers, I just don't see this one getting there. Play the UNDER.
