The Miami Marlins launched their new stadium yesterday amidst a lot of anticipation, but squandered their opportunity in a disappointing 4-1 loss to St. Louis. Newly-acquired Jose Reyes picked-up where he left off last year with two hits, but the rest of the Marlins were silenced, with just two hits. They will have to regroup and face the Reds’ Jony Cueto, who is poised for a big season off a strong finish in 2011, where the Reds won six of his last seven starts, including each of his last four at home. The Marlins are just 25-52 in their last 77 in the role of a dog, while Cincinnati cashed their last six as a home favorite of -110 to -150. Miami has not fared well in Cincinnati, posting just four wins in their last 18 here. Play on Cincinnati.
