The Marlins have the smallest payroll in MLB, but started the season like a team with the highest, as they jumped out of the gate with a 10-1 mark, but have been just 3-7 since. While the Marlins have assembled a respectable staff and rotation, Graham Taylor hasn't earned the right to be in that conversation. Taylor made his debut Sunday night against the Phillies, and didn't stick around long. He managed just 3.2 innings, but what stands out is his six walks. The Cubs are going with Rich Harden. Harden came over from the A's and pitched to a 10-2 record with a 2.07 ERA. When healthy, he is amongst the top pitchers in baseball. The Cubs outscored the opponents 70-39 in those 12 games. This season, Harden has already recorded 35 strikeouts in just 21 innings. The Marlins are struggling, as well as their pitcher in today's game, so I'm going with the Cubs on the runline.
