Miami at Boston

The Miami Marlins have struggled all season long to produce runs. They are in a much worse way now that slugger Giancarlo Stanton has landed on the DL, as he was about the only one capable of consistently driving in runs. Miami has produced just 3.6 runs per game on the road, where they have been out-scored by a run per game. Boston has a lot of players that can pepper the short left field wall at Fenway, and with the Marlins middle of the lineup now being able to be pitched around, the offensive output is sure to take a hit in the absence of Stanton, who was having an MVP season. Boston is totally lethal as an interleague favorite, posting a 102-43 mark in their last 145, and will get it done tonight at home. Back Boston.
