Miami at Atlanta

Atlanta bounced back from a 2-0 loss on Friday with an 8-1 win over the Marlins to hold onto first place in the NL East. Miami dropped to 7-13 on the road, 17-27 overall, and is in last place in the division. The Braves broke out of a minor hitting slump after scoring only six runs their previous three games as Dansby Swanson returned from a wrist injury and the Braves scored four runs in the fifth. Julio Teheran is 4-1 with a 3.49 ERA and Atlanta has won seven of his nine starts. Also, opponents are batting just .205 against him and he has 43 strikeouts in 49 innings. Teheran is 3-0 with a 1.89 ERA in May and he is pitching much better at home than he did last year. Wei-Yin Chen managed to get through 4 1/3 innings against the Dodgers on Tuesday, but he has a 7.56 ERA overall with an opponents batting average of .297. In seven innings on the road this season, Chen has given up 13 runs on 12 hits with five homers. Take the Braves.
