Los Angeles at Washington

The Los Angeles Dodgers did not close prior to the All-Star break playing up to the level of talent they have on their roster. They are still in charge, however, in the NL West as it appears to be a mediocre division this season. They will go with Clayton Kershaw, who has gone from the top money winning pitcher in 2014 to the worst in 2015. I would suspect that is going to change as the quality is still there, and the numbers posted by odds makers were inflated, but his 18 starts to those numbers have now brought them down to tip into the other direction. Kershaw has dominated, and no more so than vs. the NL East where the Dodgers own a 23-4 record in his last 27 starts, including 5-0 vs. the Nats. Make the play on Los Angeles.
