It's not often you see a total this low. The main reason is Mat Latos who is 13-5 with a 2.25 ERA. At home he has a 2.08 ERA and over his last three games, it's down to 1.80. On top of that, we have two weak offenses that are both slumping. Over their past seven games, the Dodgers are averaging 3.0 runs per game while San Diego is getting only 2.1 per game. When facing a pitcher with a 3.00 ERA or better this season, the Dodgers are 16-7 UNDER. They are also 31-10 UNDER in the underdog role. San Diego is 24-13 UNDER this season vs. NL teams that allow 4.3 or less runs per game. I expect a very low-scoring game here.
