Trevor Cahill is 2-2 with a 3.60 ERA and has allowed only one earned run and six hits in 13 innings in two home starts this season. The Padres have won his last three starts, including 6-2 over the Rockies on Tuesday when didn't give up an earned run and struck out seven in six innings. Cahill had a 2.05 ERA at Petco Park last year in 30 2/3 innings pitched. The right-hander faced the Dodgers on April 5 and allowed two earned runs in 5 2/3 innings. The Dodgers will miss Adrian Gonzalez, who is on the disabled list with a herniated disc. There is value with the home underdog in this matchup. Take the Padres.
