After more than a decade of teams that certainly haven't been close to competitive, the Pittsburgh Pirates have appeared to turn the corner. The Pirates have held serve through 34 games to sport a .500 record. The Dodgers have some organizational chaos and are a team on the decline that is mired below the .500 mark. The Pirates’ reputation of losing combined with the Dodgers history of winning has pushed this one into value with the Pirates as a home dog, with a better performance so far compared to the Dodgers. Billingsley is blessed with good stuff, but it hasn't translated to the road where the Dodgers are now 2-9 in his last 11 road starts. The Dodgers have had trouble here, losing four of their last five and Pittsburgh is coming. Pittsburgh gets the call.
