Los Angeles at New York

The Mets and the Dodgers were rained out in their scheduled series opener on Memorial Day. The game has been resceduled for today. The game 1 starter for the Mets will be Tylor Megill. Megill has not provided as much as the Mets had hoped as they are a woeful 5-13 in his last 18 decisions. This looks like a big opportunity for the Dodgers offense. The Mets may be catching Tyler Glasnow at just the right time. Glasnow started the season at 7-1 in his first eight decisions, but has now dropped three straight decisions. Opponents are averaging five runs per game in the three games. I think the Mets provide enough help offensively, and I will make the play OVER the total.
