The Los Angeles Dodgers top of the rotation with Kershaw and Greinke is the best there is, and today Clayton Kershaw gets the ball. The numbers may not be as good as a year ago, but they would also be hard to duplicate, and there are signs he is getting things going, off a 14k performance his last time out. The Mets have been no match for him, as his eight starts against them has yielded a perfect 5-0 record backed by a very stingy 1.58 ERA. Bartolo Colon is 42, and he is starting to show it as he lost his fourth straight decision his last time out. Colon, in the four losses, worked just shy of 21 innings allowing 21 runs on 37 hits. The Dodgers are 10-1 in their last 11 rod games as a favorite of -201 or more, and the Mets just 18-38 in their last 56 vs. a starter with a WHIP of less than 1.15. Make the play on Los Angeles.
