The team is 5-1 the last five starts made by Hyun-Jin Ryu (3.83 ERA), and he's allowed two runs or less in five straight. Ryu is also 2-0 with a 2.16 ERA in four career starts against the Mets. The Dodgers are 40-12 against losing teams, plus 74-30 versus teams whose hitters strike out seven or more times per game. New York is 12-25 against teams averaging 5+ runs per contest this season. New York starter Steven Matz (5.50 ERA) is struggling, on an 0-3 run with an 8.53 ERA. Home field edge? Not with these Mets, who are 16-29 after two or more consecutive home games.
