Despite the loss last night, the Angels have been looking like the team everyone expected to contend in the AL West. The Angels are winners of eight of their last nine, and will be glad to see Jered Weaver taking the mound in this one. Weaver has had success with LA at 5-2 with a career 2.63 ERA against them, and their current roster had not had much overall success against him either. Chris Capuano carried a 9-2 record into last June, but has not been nearly the same pitcher since at 4-13. His struggles continue as he is just 1-3 with a 5.60 ERA on the season. His only win vs Miami, which isn't a whole lot. the Dodgers are a putrid 8-51 in their last 69 interleague road games, including 9-23 in their last 32 here. Go with the LA Angels on the runline.
