Los Angeles at Houston

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a mess with MLB taking over the daily operations of the club and an offense that can't score runs. The Dodgers have played 48 games so far, and aside from one hot stretch on offense, which even the worst of teams have, that lasted six games. They have failed to top the 3-run mark in 26 of the other 42. Clayton Kerswaw has been a reliable starter, but over his last 25 road starts the Dodgers are just 11-14, and with a weaker team this year it is hard to justify their favorite status here. LA is just 1-5 in their last six vs. righthanders while the Astros are in their best spot at home vs. a lefthander at 19-7 in their last 26. Houston is also 9-1 to the UNDER in Norris' last 10 starts on regular four days of rest, while the Dodgers are now 6-1 to the UNDER with Kershaw taking the hill on the road.
