The Detroit Tigers are slowly improving, and they will come into this game at 44-49 on the season. The Tigers are 6-2 in their past eight games and will be feeling good about themselves facing the LA Dodgers. The Tigers have to feel even better with Tarik Skubel on the mound. Skubel is 12-6 in his 18 decisions on the season. Another way to look at it is the Tigers are 11 games under .500 when Skubel is not on the mond but a 12-6 team when he is. The Dodgers got their road trip off to a poor start as they were swept three straight by the Phillies. I think they are not playing well, and won't deliver the "A" game tonight.
