Yasiel Puig is drawing attention like no other baseball player in many years. He has his team on a roll, having won nine of ten. The problem for the Dodgers is that great run still only has them at 38-43 on the year. While not delivering the same performance as Puig, the Rockies' Michael Cuddyer is also tearing things up. He's batting .372 with six home runs and 19 RBI over a 27-game hitting streak. The Rockies go with the aging Roy Oswalt who has enjoyed a lot of success against the Dodgers, going 5-1 with a 2.05 ERA in his last seven starts vs. LA. If he does struggle, the Rockies bullpen has been very good (3.28 ERA at home). Clayton Kershaw has been excellent this year, but he is just 6-5 overall including 1-2 on the road thanks to LA's anemic offense that produces just 3.6 runs per game. Colorado meanwhile gets 5.2 runs per game here at home where they are 25-19 on the season. The Dodgers are just 14-23 this season in division games and 26-33 in night games. Kershaw is 10-15 the past two seasons vs. division foes. Take Colorado on the runline here in a winnable game for them.
