The Los Angeles Dodgers fortified their lineup and rotation with a blockbuster trade with the Red Sox. It didn't help them last night as they were shutout yet again. As much as they try to get the offense in motion, it is still a prolem. The Dodgers have not been a good team for over two months, as they are 27-35 in their last 62. The Rockies are a bad team playing well, and are 11-4 in their last 15 and have been a killer as a dog where they are now 9-1 in their last 10. They have been the offense of old at home, scoring 52 runs in their last eight home games or 6.7 per contest. After a dead offensive performance scoring 2 runs or less, the Dodgers are 6-20 in their next game over their last 26.
