Los Angeles at Atlanta

This series could be a preview of the NL Championship Series. The Dodgers opened the season at 10-11 but have turned it on having gone 21-8 in their last 29 games and look like the Dodgers everyone thought they would. Atlanta is a sterling 29-19 on the season, but they are struggling quite a bit right now. The Braves are just 4-8 in their last 12. Atlanta has given up eight runs in each of the first two games of this series and will have to do a lot better to avoid the sweep. The Dodgers are a team that doesn't let up. The last 34 times they won the first two games of a series over an opponent they have followed by going 25-9. They will be in this game, and I like the overall odds of them taking 1.5 runs here.
