Los Angeles at Atlanta

The LA Dodgers are loaded but their 34-23 record is somewhat of a surprise and most saw this team winning a lot more games. Their recent play has been mediocre as they are 4-5 in their last 9 games. The Dodger's pitching has not been very strong recently as they have allowed 5 runs or more in 6 of their last 11. Clayton Kershaw will get the ball tonight, and he has not been as automatic as he has been in the past. He started strong with his starts limiting opponents to 1 run or fewer in 4 of his first 6 starts (3 shutouts), but since he has seen games in which he starts where opponents have scored 33 runs over his last 6, or 5.6 runs a contest. I like Atlanta in this one.
