The Dodgers beat up on the D-backs' ace to get the 9-3 win here last night, and their magic number to clinch the West is now two games. Their lineup just got a bit stronger as Matt Kemp emerged from the disabled list to go 4-4, plating 3 runs.  Stephen Fife has fit nicely into the Dodgers' rotation as he has made 14 big league starts and has allowed 2 runs or less in 12 of them. Brandon McCarthy has been a bust in the Arizona rotation as he enters here at just 4-9 with an ERA of 4.58. The Dodgers have destroyed right-handed pitching to the tune of 43-14 in their last 57 when facing them. Arizona has not fared well behind McCarthy against a winning team where they have dropped six straight. Go with the Dodgers.
