The Los Angeles Dodgers squandered a great pitching performance last night by Clayton Kershaw who allowed just 1 run, but it was decisive in a tough 1-0 loss. The Dodgers’ offense should come to life tonight vs. Trevor Cahill, who has not taken to the mound in Arizona. Cahill has been brilliant on the road, but has struggled at home where he is 4-7 with a 5.33 ERA, almost 2.5 runs a game worse than what he has done on the road. Aaron Harang has been solid on the road at 7-3 with an ERA of 3.49, so the advantage on the hill goes to the dog here. The D-backs are just 1-6 in their last seven at home, and 0-4 when Cahill has gotten the ball in his last four here. Play on the Dodgers.
