Los Angeles at Arizona

The LA Dodgers have struggled out of the gate. They did beat Arizona in the first two meetings at home, but after last night's 13-5 loss, they have dropped three straight to the Diamondbacks. Arizona is off to a surprising start at 11-7 on the season. They have been getting great pitching, allowing just 2.5 runs per contest over their last six. The Dodgers offense has come off the tracks with too many empty games on the season, scoring three or fewer runs in 10 of their 17 games. The injury list is also mounting fast for this team, as they have 10 players on the DL heading into play today. The Dodgers will ultimately get things turned around, but for now they are facing a confident, surging team and have too many players not able to go with an offense that has been ordinary at best.
