Toronto looks to bounce back from Friday's loss to the Angels and Steven Matz will go for the Blue Jays after he allowed only a run on two hits in 6 1/3 innings against the Rangers on Monday. Matz struck out nine and showed a very good fastball after an impressive spring training. Jose Quintana was torched for four runs on five hits in 3 1/3 innings against Houston his first start this season. Quintana pitched only 10 innings last season and gave up five runs on 10 hits when he was with the Chicago Cubs. This is the first meeting between these teams since 2019. Play the Blue Jays.
