The Angels have so much talent and balance and they are finally living up to it on a 25-10 run after a 7-4 win at Texas yesterday. It might be too late with the pennant races winding down, but there's no denying the talented pitching staff and the offense, one that is ranked fifth in runs scored, on base percentage and slugging, plus third in batting average. They can beat you with speed, power and pitching, the perfect combination. One of several aces goes here in Zack Greinke (15-5, 3.42 ERA), who is on a tear with a 1.27 ERA his last three starts fanning 24 in 21 innings with only four walks! He has a 1.67 ERA in his last seven starts after struggling when he first returned to the AL in late July. The Angels are 6-1 in their last seven road games and face Yu Darvish, who nibbles around the plate walking 88 in 184 innings. He has a 4.26 ERA in five starts against the Angels this season, walking 17 in 31 innings. The Rangers are 1-4 in their last five games vs. a right-handed starter and Greinke has a career 2.63 ERA against Texas, including a 1.13 ERA this season. Play the LA Angels.
