The offense is #14 in runs scored, #15 in slugging, and starter Andrew Heaney makes only his second appearance after missing time with an elbow injury. Heaney went 0-2 with a 4.70 ERA in four starts against the Mariners last year. The Angels are 17-35 against a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15, plus 5-12 versus a left-handed starter. The Seattle offense is top 10 in runs scored and slugging and on a 9-4 run at home against a team with a losing record. The Angels are just 3-10 in the last 13 meetings, including 2-8 at Seattle, so back the home dog and play Seattle.
