Los Angeles at Seattle

Once again the Los Angeles Angels have struggled out of the gate. They are just 8-12 on the season, and what is of greater concern is the fact that 12 of those have come at home where they are a pedestrian 6-6. The road has been a nightmare as the Angles have won just twice. The pitching has been brutal, and they are off a series vs. the Rangers where they coughed up 22 runs in three games. The Angels' staff carries a 4.88 ERA into this contest, second worse in baseball. Brandon Maurer went from not getting out of the first inning vs. Houston early on to bouncing back vs. the hard-hitting Rangers, where he allowed just 7 hits in 12.2 innings of work. The Angels are not winning the games they are supposed as they are a dreadful 1-7 in their last eight as a favorite from -110 to -150. The M's have been the polar opposite, winning the games they should as they are 14-3 at home in their last 17 vs. a losing team. Go with Seattle.
