Tiny totals are meant for a tiny offense, and Oakland meets those qualifications hands down. The A's have gone for 3 or less in eight of their last 11 games, but with Brett Anderson on the hill, they certainly have the arm to hold down the Angels as well. Anderson exploded vs. the Rangers at home, but shows just 3 earned runs in his other three home starts. The Angels’ attack is missing key weapons from recent years, and has been limited to 8 runs over their last three. The A's series openers have been eye-appealing for UNDER backers at 30-10 in their last 40. The Angels are in similar stead when facing a team with a losing home record, now 9-3 to the UNDER in their last 12. The UNDER gets this one.
