Los Angeles at New York

The New York Yankees got a much-needed win last night, 3-2 in 10 innings to open the series. New York's bats have not been clicking and they've seen four of their last nine games decided by a single run. The Angels have not been getting timely hitting (rank 22nd in RISP), which cost them a close game last night. But they have been getting very good pitching as six of their last eight opponents scored just four runs or less. The Angels have seen seven of their last eight games decided by two runs or less. These teams play tight games, and that puts a value on LA, run line.
