The Los Angeles Angels are completing their second straight season of under-achieving, and maybe it is time to start believing that this team isn't as good as most want to think they are. Jered Weaver is their top pitcher, and while he has been dominated at home as a favorite at 73-30, the numbers aren't nearly as sparkling when he takes the mound on the road as a favorite, where he is 37-26. This may look like an easy one, but that seems to be where the Angels stumble the most, and Weaver does not get an exemption, as he is just 11-10 in 21 road starts as a favorite of greater than -140, and dead even as a road favorite of greater than -155 at 6-6. The Twins are 4-1 in Hernandez' last five starts as a dog, and Minnesota has beaten the AL West in seven of their last nine against them. The Angels are also just 2-5 in Weaver's last seven road starts in Minnesota. Play on Minnesota in this one.
