Los Angeles at Minnesota

Brian Duensing has made the switch from reliever to starter very well, but there is one thing that does stand out. He has made three of his five starts vs. Kansas City, Baltimore and Cleveland - some of the worst teams in baseball. I would expect the Angels to be more of a challenge in this one. Dan Haren is a top-of-the-rotation pitcher that was lost in a hopeless situation in Arizona, and the Angels rescued him. He has pitched to an ERA of 1 run better with the Angels as he has something to pitch for now. He also has the advantage that Minnesota has not seen him since 2007 when he allowed just 2 runs. The Angels have done well vs. pitchers with a WHIP of less than 1.15 at 9-3 in their last 12 as well as 7-2 in low totals from 7-8.5. They have also played UNDER vs. lefthanders at 10-3 in their last 13. The Twins have only seen three top the total in their last 11 as a home favorite. I'll grab the Angels on the runline here, along with the UNDER.
