Chad Billingsley leads the NL in wins having started out 6-1 with a 2.51 ERA. Matt Palmer has reached five wins, but that also comes with a bit of luck as his ERA has been pedestrian at 4.26. Don't let the records fool you; Billingsley is the much better pitcher so far. He's lasting 6.8 innings per start while Palmer has gone just 5.7 per game on the road this season, allowing six earned runs in 11 innings. The Angels get only 4.5 runs per game on the road and over their last seven games that has dropped to 3.7. In 12 day games, the Angels are also averaging just 3.7 runs per game. Compare that to the 5.8 the Dodgers average at home and the 6.9 per game they have thrown up in their day games. The Dodgers are 22-8 this season as a favorite including 18-3 at home. Let's make that 19-3.
