The Los Angeles Angels have started poorly for the second straight season, but they certainly have the bigger upside than the Houston Astros. The 'Stros have lost 105+ games in their last two years, and entering at 8-24 here projects to them being even worse this season. Jordan Lyles was 7-20 in his first two seasons, did not make the roster to start the season, but is back out of need. Houston has had little bite as a dog where they are 30-91 in their last 121 games. They are also an unthinkable 8-32 behind Lyles, including 2-17 when he starts as a dog of +151 to +200. Play on the Angels.
