Cleveland goes for two in a row over the Angels after a 9-1 victory on Friday when Franmil Reyes had a three-run homer and a two-run single. Triston McKenzie had been inconsistent until recently, but he has put together three good outings in a row and flirted with a no-hitter against Detroit and ended up allowing no runs on one hit in eight innings on Sunday. McKenzie has given up only five runs his last 21 innings and he has a 2.14 ERA and .139 opponent batting average in August. Reid Detmers has made three starts this year and allowed 12 runs in 15 1/3 innings for Los Angeles. The Indians have won nine of the past 10 meetings and they are 46-19 as home favorites dating to last season while the Angels have lost eight of 10 in the second game of a series. Take the Indians.
