Kansas City at Texas

The Texas Rangers have once again drawn the short straw when it comes to injuries. The Rangers have four of their five man rotation on the DL at this point, and trying to hold things together has been a tall order as they enter this game with a record of 14-19 on the season. They have played very well of late, however, recording a 6-3 mark over their last nine games, and just missed last night in an 8-7 loss to Kansas City. The Royals made it all the way to the World Series last year, and kept right on going out of the gate this season at 7-0, but it has not been as easy since. The Royals have struggled in stringing wins together at just 1-4 in their last five following a win. Texas has been one of the best teams in baseball against a team over .600 as they are 37-17 in their last 54 against them. Play on Texas.
