Kansas City at Texas

The Kansas City Royals took it on the chin last night in Texas against the suddenly surging Rangers. Texas has had their rotation gutted by injuries, with four starters lost for part or all of the season. The injuries have really showed early as they started at 8-16, but they have caught fire and are now 6-2 in their last eight. After making it all the way to the World Series last season, the young Royals opened the season at 7-0, but have hovered around the .500 mark since at 13-12. The Royals have failed badly as a small to mid-sized road favorite at 0-4 as road chalk from -110 to -150.
