Kansas City at Texas

The Kansas City Royals were playing petty good baseball, but things have really changed as this team has been circling the drain over the past 3 weeks, and what looked like a playoff-hopeful season has changed. Kansas City is just 4-15 over its last 19 games. Overall, the Royals have been outscored 104-64 or by better than 2 runs per contest. They have also been just 2-9 over the stretch on the road. The Rangers have been worse overall but lately, they have played a lot better. They split 4 games here vs the A's and took the opener here last night 9-4. I like Texas in this one.
