Kansas City at Seattle

The Kansas City Royals are 58-70 on the season but have given the Mariners its in the first 2 games of this series. While the Royals won the first 2, there is no hiding their awful starting pitching that has given up 11 runs in the first 2 games. The Royals offense isn't constituted for long-term success so duplicating the 14 runs they have scored in the first 2 games of this series will be a chore. I think the Royals recent solid play has held the line down considerably and the Mariners have a shot at the playoffs still and I will take the light line here and back Seattle.
