Kansas City surprisingly has won six in a row against Minnesota and New York Mets, but now the Royals go on the road against tougher competition and the Phillies have won three of four and are 28-20 at home. Philadelphia defeated Miami on Thursday and it featured a two-run homer by J.T. Realmuto in a 4-2 victory. Aaron Nola will look to bounce back from a rough outing on Saturday against Pittsburgh and he has pitched better at home this season with a 3.27 ERA and .193 opponent batting average. The Phillies' bullpen has been decent with 33 saves and a 1.32 WHIP and they used only one reliever yesterday. Jordan Lyles is having one of the worst seasons in history with a 2-12 record and 6.15 ERA overall and 1-6 and 7.52 on the road.
