The Oakland A's were once in the thick of things in the soft AL West, but have fallen hard and fast. They are still getting some love from the oddsmakers, as a solid home chalk, but recent play suggests value on the other side. Oakland now running on a 1-13 toot over their last 14 getting outscored by an 82-47 count or 2.5 runs a contest. Kansas City has caught some fire as they are now 4-1 in their last five and have the momentum riding here vs. the hapless A's. This is a good spot to ride the dog, so Kansas City gets the nod.
