Ryan has a 2.84 ERA and a .202 opponent batting average in May and he has one start against Kansas City this season and gave up one run on three hits in 5 1/3 innings. The Royals had a seven-game win streak snapped with a 4-1 loss at Tampa Bay and Monday's starter, Alec Marsh, has a 4.91 ERA and a .300 opponent batting average in day games in 2024. Minnesota is 4-0 in Ryan's past four starts after allowing at least five runs its previous game and the Twins are 8-0-1 UNDER versus right-handed starters.
