Singer is even worse on the road where he owns a 7.20 ERA and .307 opponent batting average and in one appearance against the Tigers this season he allowed five runs on seven hits in 3 2/3 innings. The Royals are tied with the fewest saves in the majors with 10. Matthew Boyd has been inconsistent this year. but Kansas City hitters are just 19-for-91 against him with three homers for a .209 batting average.
